Jesus Has a Lot to Give is a 1973 album by The Clark Sisters.
Track Listing[]
Side One[]
- No Friend Like Jesus, with Twinkie and Dorinda Clark (Dorinda is the missionary of the sisters and quite a dynamic speaker in her own right) taking the lead.
- If You Don't Jesus by Now, with Twinkie once again stepping out front.
- If You Can't Take It You Sure Can't Make It
- Savior Hear My Cry, with Dorinda once again displaying her mystifying talent.
- Who Can I Turn To, with Denise Clark also projecting her overwhelming talent, that their style is distinctly their own. They combine an impeccable choice of material with forceful and annointed vocals and beautiful background music.
Side Two[]
- Check Out Yourself
- Let's Go Home, with Twinkie and Dorinda once again mastering the lead.
- Don't Let the Devil Get You Down
- Jesus Has a Lot to Give, which is the title of this album, I'm sure that your reaction will be that of joy and stunned disbelief that this much talent and genius could erupt from one family..... the CLARKS! The other daughters that you will hear taking intermittent leads in many of the songs are Karen Clark (the baby), who has one of the most unique voices I've ever heard and the showmanship and class during live performances to equal same. Also, Mrs. Jacqueline Clark Chisholm who possesses the vocal sound of the real professional that she is.
